OUR SHIPPING POLICY
1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed immediately and shipped once a week. Items requiring embroidery or cresting require 8-10 days.
2. Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship within Canada Only.
3. When will my order be delivered? Which shipping courier was used to ship my order?
Uniform Basics uses Expedited Service, through Canada post. All deliveries are first attempted in person, failing a person available to receive the order, Canada Post will leave an instruction card in your mail box.
4. How can I request Saturday delivery?
Most deliveries are delivered on Tuesday of each week.
5. How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping and handling charges are all included in our flat $16 fee.
6. Can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up 6 days a week from our Aurora store location.
