COVID-19 – Exception in effect:
No returns or exchanges accepted at this time.

OUR RETURN POLICY

(UPDATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2019)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. Should you need an adjustment, please know that we will adjust your order as per the following.

  1. Items in their original condition, meaning not washed , not worn and not damaged AND with all original tags and labels attached.
  2. Any item WITHOUT a school logo embroidered for your order.
  3. These items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
  4. Any items purchased from June 1st through August 31st may be exchanged or refunded until September 7th (subject to the preceding conditions).
  5. Items must be returned or mailed to our warehouse store in Aurora. Applicable shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer on returned items, unless the incorrect item was originally shipped.
  6. Clearance sale items, custom made garments specifically embroidered, and hosiery are final sale.
