We want you, our customer, to receive full advantage of any promotion or saving that may be available throughout the year. Our on-line shopping cart, as well as all of our registers will automatically discount for any savings available.
We promote our "Buy 3 Get 1 Free" program that offers our best value. Our staff can explain how this promotion works and how it gives you access to our wholesale pricing, just ask : )
Shipping:
1 Low Flat Shipping Fee. We will ship your order anywhere in Canada for one flat fee. Please know, we also offer express pickup; and we will even call you when your order is ready.
Your order is always reviewed by one of our staff. We check it for consistency of size and style as well as for consistency with your school's requirements. We want to get it right the first time, so if we have any questions or suggestions we will contact you before processing the order.
Order Tracking
Your order is tracked both in store, using our proprietary customer software, and tracked on its way to you, using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service. Please feel free to call us at anytime to find out the status of your order.
Returns:
We will gladly adjust your purchase as follows.
